A mental health toolkit
Considering the needs of a 24-year-old university graduate suffering from loneliness and anxiety, I created a personalised wellness toolkit. The aim was to alleviate negative feelings and make transformative changes in habits and behaviours over a 100-day period.

For this toolkit, I focused on using food as a form of anxiety relief and a way to combat isolation.

The Product
Each tool photographed has a different purpose to help my user with his loneliness and anxiety.

Chewing gum with a conversation starter or tip written on the inside of every wrapper for subtle reading

A leaflet that includes advice on how to change.

A points and league system, which will encourage my user to maintain and involve other people in his journey
